Privacy

This studio website collects only what you choose to send: enquiry and commission messages, and newsletter sign-ups. That information is used solely to reply to you and, if you opt in, to send occasional studio letters.

Submissions are stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud). Reference images you upload with a commission enquiry are stored privately and used only to discuss your project. We never sell or share your details with third parties.

To have your data removed, write to studio@josephfrancis.in and it will be deleted promptly.

Non-Disclosure

Commission conversations are treated as confidential. Briefs, reference material, budgets and any private details you share are kept between you and the studio.

Works in progress are only shared publicly (for example in the Active Works feed) with the patron’s consent. If you would prefer a commission to remain entirely private, simply say so when you enquire.

License & Copyright

All images, paintings and text on this site are © Joseph Francis and may not be reproduced, reused or sold without written permission.

Purchasing a work transfers ownership of the physical piece; copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless agreed otherwise in writing.
